How do I place an order?

You have 28 days to return any item purchased via the website or mail order, all items must be returned in the same condition that they arrive in, you will be responsible for return postage and insurance, this is in accordance with the Distance selling regulations.
 
For goods deemed to be faulty you have 30 days to notify us of your intent to return the goods.
 
For any cancelled orders within legislation you would be entitled to a full refund.
 
All items purchased instore will be eligible for an exchange or Credit note only.
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty.

Yes, no problem, however none of the watches are kept at the showroon so we require at least an hours’ notice to get the watch delivered to the showroom prior to your arrival.

Some of the Jewellery is special order only and therefore not always kept onsite, however we can usually source a sample within a day.

Yes, if you pay by bank transfer then the item can be posted to the address of your choice or collected in person.
