Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched or made ready for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where items are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods may include card payments and bank transfer. Where bank transfer is used, goods will only be dispatched once cleared funds have been received.
Ownership of goods remains with Pomerance Boutique Limited until full payment has been received.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers may also choose to collect items in person by prior arrangement.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Viewing and Trying Items
Items may be viewed or tried on at our showroom by appointment.
Watches are not kept at the showroom and require at least one hour’s notice prior to your visit to allow delivery to the showroom.
Some jewellery items are special order only, but we can usually source a sample within one working day.

Online and mail order purchases may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. You are responsible for return postage and appropriate insurance. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For goods deemed to be faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your intention to return the goods.
Where an order is cancelled in accordance with applicable legislation, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Items purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange or credit note only and are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
